Once we receive discovery, we schedule a follow-up consultation to walk through it together. We’ll tell you what we’re seeing, what it means for your case, and where we think there’s room to push back. That conversation may happen by phone, over Zoom, or in person at our office, depending on what works best.
We Appear in Court So You Usually Don’t Have To
For most misdemeanor cases, we can appear in court on your behalf. That means you won’t need to take time off work or rearrange your life for every court date. If your presence is required at any point, we’ll let you know well in advance—you won’t be left guessing.
