Attorney Chris Walsh recently assisted a woman who was arrested and charged with a DUI with enhancements in Folsom. Attorney Walsh highlighted the client’s service to her community in a mitigation packet presented to the prosecutor, which resulted in the charge getting reduced to a reckless driving offense. The woman served no jail time, kept her license, and had her fines significantly reduced.
